Signal is an AI design platform that creates professional logos, social media graphics, and carousel posts in under 60 seconds. You describe what you want — Signal handles composition, typography, color, layout, and rendering.

Why we built it
Most small businesses can't afford a designer. A logo from a freelancer can cost ₦50,000+. A monthly content design retainer? ₦100,000+. Meanwhile, the AI tools that exist (Canva, Looka, Adobe Express) were built for users in San Francisco — not the lash tech in Surulere, the food brand in Yaba, the spa in Lekki.
They don't accept Naira properly. They don't understand African aesthetics. They don't know what an Afrobeat-styled logo should feel like, or how a Lagos wedding planner's Instagram should look.
Signal was built to fix that. Designed first for African businesses — but powerful enough to serve any business, anywhere.

Who we are
Signal is a product of Flinxy — a Nigerian technology company building tools for African businesses since 2024. Flinxy operates a done-for-you web presence and booking platform serving beauty, wellness, events, and service businesses across Nigeria.
Signal grew out of a simple observation: every Flinxy client needed designs. Every. Single. One. Daily Instagram posts, logos for new ventures, posters for promotions. The bottleneck wasn't building — it was design. So we built Signal.
Where we're going
In the next 12 months we're focused on three things:
- 1. Making Signal the default design tool for Nigerian and African service businesses — beauty, food, fashion, fitness, events.
- 2. Adding video, animation, and motion design capabilities.
- 3. Building community features so creators can share, learn, and grow together.
